The Pengradise

澎湖，一座風的島嶼。
屋主選擇在這片遼闊土地上自地自建，作為每年與親友相聚、回望海洋的度假居所。
我們以清水模為語彙，回應島嶼的粗獷與光線的細膩，建構出這座如其名的存在——The Paradise。

In the windswept archipelago of Penghu, this self-built holiday home was conceived as a sanctuary—where family, friends, and time gather by the sea.
A poetic interplay of raw concrete and sculpted light defines The Paradise—a dwelling grounded in nature yet open to emotion.

設計以多樣態的清水模技法為軸，透過洗石、木紋模板、手工打磨等處理方式，展現材料的不同肌理與時間感。
蜿蜒的牆體引導著視線與行走，配合自然光的灑落，於不同時段呈現溫度各異的空間表情。
格局上採取開放式公共空間串連內外，讓自然風與光成為日常的一部分。
二樓設有面海露台，為觀星、晚酌、談天提供寧靜平台。

The design explores the expressive range of exposed concrete, employing techniques like bush-hammering, timber formwork, and hand-finishing to evoke a tactile connection with time.
Winding walls shape movement and perception, while natural light casts ever-shifting moods across the surfaces.
An open-plan layout blurs the line between indoors and out, allowing sea breeze and sunlight to animate daily life.
A sea-facing terrace on the second floor invites stargazing, quiet drinks, and heartfelt conversation.
